What we collect and why

When you contact us through the site. Your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), your message, the topics you pick and any selections made in the Scope Builder. We use this to reply, talk through your program and keep a record of the enquiry. The forms are delivered to our inbox by Formspree, a form-processing service. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records.

When you call or email. We keep the correspondence as part of our business records.

When you browse. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. It records the pages you view; actions on the page, such as buttons clicked, terms typed into the site search, questions opened and whether the facility video was watched; the approximate location (city level) derived from your IP address, which Google does not store; and the type of device and browser. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and anything typed into the quote form are never sent to Google Analytics.

Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request data to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare keeps these logs for a short period.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site sets no advertising cookies. It uses the following:

Analytics runs unless you decline. You can decline with the buttons at the top of this page; it stops immediately and the analytics cookies are removed. You can also block Google Analytics on every website with Google's browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.

Google describes how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and with the people at Foxx who handle your enquiry:

• Google LLC, for Google Analytics. Data may be stored on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. Google privacy policy.
• Formspree, Inc., which delivers messages from the site's forms to our inbox from servers in the United States. Formspree privacy policy.
• Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts and delivers the site. Cloudflare privacy policy.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you can:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and how it is used;
• ask us to correct it;
• withdraw your consent, subject to legal or contractual limits;
• raise a concern with us, and with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.

How we protect and keep information

Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond. The site is served over HTTPS. We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as the law requires, and then delete it.
